Protein Shake Helpful Tips


  • You may use a shaker or a blender to make your shakes
  • For a thicker shake, increase the amount of ice and blend longer and at a higher speed
  • For a sweeter shake, add artificial sweetener or honey
  • For a creamier shake, add a tablespoon of sugar free instant pudding powder
  • For a less sweet shake, add 1/2 tsp of decaffeinated coffee granules
  • To decrease the taste of protein. use milk instead of water, and add a smallĀ amount of fresh fruit (1/2 banana or some blueberries)
